This run was good. I wasn't able to keep up for the run to the old man hills, but I caught the group right before they reached the spot. I found it hard to move my weight onto my right leg every time we were about to start a two hundred or four hundred, but ran my hardest. I felt great after the workout on our run back to the school. I fell back a little but then picked up my speed as we passed Wells Fargo. |
