I felt great running in the grass at Little Valley Park, and then I tried my hardest to make it up that huge hill every time we went up it, but it got really hard on my thighs. On the last one minute hill I decided to keep up with Matt, and just tried to keep going even though my legs were burning. On our recovery back down the hill I realized that that last sprint burned away most of the pain I'd had before. After that, the 30 second hills were pretty good. |
