AM - Ran the normal 3 mile morning run. Some cramping pain between my abdominal muscles and my ribs. I fell back from the group but caught up right before we got back to the school.
PM - Had our time trial in the evening, around 6:00. We ran a mile and a half warm-up to Harts before. I was still having a little stomach pain, but I felt a lot better than the last few days, and ran a lot better than the last time trial.
