Short-Term Running Goals:

I plan to run a 5k sub-18 by the end of next XC season, or better.

I also want to improve my mile time by 20 seconds or more. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to run a half marathon, a full marathon, and maybe an ultra marathon sometime in my life.

Personal:

I am on the Pine View High School Cross Country Team.  I am in the Class of 2014, so I'm a senior this school year.  I joined XC my junior year.  Cameron Brown is my younger brother, and faster than I am.

I felt AMAZING on this workout. It was Breyer than I'd felt on a run in several days... Maybe even weeks. On our DI loop warm up I was feeling top notch, and during the Kosmin test I was able to PR on my distance. And when we cooled down on DI reverse I couldn't help running in the front of the pack.
